What To Include

For faster handling, include the information that matches your issue.

• Account email and Telegram username or chat verification context if the issue is verification-related.
• Payment method, order ID, invoice ID, or transaction reference if the issue is billing-related.
• Browser, operating system, screenshot, and exact error text if the issue is product-related.
• Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or full payment card details.

Security Reports

If you believe you found a security issue, send a clear report with impact, reproduction steps, affected endpoint, and any safe proof of concept.
